Anyone between the ages of 10-12 years are allowed to workout in the Fitness Center with an adult.

The following rules will apply:

·      Anyone ages 10-12 years of age will be required to have an orientation with their supervised adult.

·      Each youth participant will be required to have direct supervision by the adult.

·      During each orientation, the staff will be evaluating each person to advise the correct equipment usable to each participant.

FAMILY TIME HOURS:

Tuesdays/Thursdays-7:00pm-8:00pm

Fridays-6:00pm-7:00pm

Saturdays-1:00pm-3:00pm
