School Age Care

GENERAL FEE INFORMATION

Registration Fees:  YMCA Members: $20 per child    Non-members: $25 per child

ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

*Registration fee is non-refundable*

School Delays or Early Dismissals: Extended care is available on these days for an additional fee.

*Mini-Camps: Full-day camps will be available for many days when school is not in session. 

There is an additional charge for all mini-camps.

You must be registered in the SACC Program to attend these mini-camps.

Fees for ALL-DAY CARE are: $25 member & $30 prospective member (Meals included)

There will be no daily rates for Clinton Prairie Students. Weekly rates only due to busing.

Payments:  All payments are to be made at the front desk in the form of cash, check, money order or credit card.  Please include the week # and the child’s name on all payments.

ALL PAYMENTS are due at the YMCA FRONT DESK by the FRIDAY before the week your child attends.

$10.00 LATE FEE PER DAY PER CHILD

If there are any changes to your child's schedule of attendance please try to give us 2 weeks notice.

Morning hours begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until school begins. After school hours begin at school dismissal and last until 6:00 p.m.

S.A.C.C. will run on the Community Schools of Frankfort schedule for delays, snow days, etc. With help from the Community Schools of Frankfort S.A.C.C. children will be transported by bus to school and back to the Y after dismissal.

Necessary paperwork should be picked up at the YMCA and returned to Becky Cline before your child begins S.A.C.C.

2011 - 2012 will be the 11th year that we have been involved in this program.  It is a national event to spotlight afterschool programs and their importance to the youth.
